Dan has over 25 years of operational and financial reporting experience in a wide range of industries. Dan's areas of expertise include, financial reporting both public (SEC) and private, debt and equity financing, business plan design and execution, strategic planning, 10K, 10Q and registration statements, corporate restructuring as well as mergers and acquisitions. Dan has served in senior management positions in privately held, public (SEC) and private equity owned entities. Prior to founding busnetwk.com, Dan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ruby Creek Resources Inc., an exploration and development stage mining company. Prior to Ruby Creek, Dan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ultravolt Inc, a manufacturer of high voltage electronic components. Ultravolt is a part of the investment portfolio of a top ranked private equity firm. Dan also served as Chief Financial Officer of Odyne Corporation. Odyne was a development stage, publicly traded clean energy company. Odyne designed and manufactured hybrid electric propulsion systems for commercial vehicles. Dan was the Vice President-Controller of Levitz Home Furnishings, Inc., a 1.1 billion dollar specialty retailer of home furnishings. For more than ten years, Dan served as President of Bartley & Associates, Ltd., a financial consulting firm that specialized in advising businesses on asset purchase transactions, financial advisory services and financial reporting systems. Dan began his career in the Emerging Business Services Department of Deloitte, LLP where he was responsible for financial statement audits and advisory services for early stage companies. Dan received a B.S. degree in accounting from Long Island University and M.A. in Theology from the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception.
